BARNES & RICHARDSON, an agency specialising in viral marketing (buzz marketing), is working at the heart of the realities of the Internet market and implementing high added-value interactive marketing solutions for many enterprises and communication groups represented in Europe.

BARNES & RICHARDSON is a new communication company concept practising CCRM: Creative Customer Relationship Management, in other words "the implementation of a series of actions the development and optimisation of the relationship a brand or a company should have with her clients or prospects”.
